I bought an LG Split ACLSA5CP5AF6 1.5 on 11 November 2010. INVOICE- WR_547.
I registered my first complaint on 13 October 2015 about the break down of the AC. The LG local team attended to the problem and detected the compressor needed to be replaced. The warranty terms clearly mention the compressor to be replaced within the given time period which is still valid. The local LG team then took the outer unit with the compressor to their respective workshop and said that it would be replaced soon. Now they refuse to provide us with the compressor saying that the model is upgraded and it is not available. False excuses are made by team. No steps have been taken despite of several requests and complaints.
