They won't pay warranty because I do not have label from the unit. I ask if I needed to keep the unit after two months and was told NO.
I even bought a new LG air conditioner to replace this one.

[protected] The repair man came out on[protected]. Unit could not be repaired.

9-9-2021 Called LG about claim. It had not been processed. They were sending again.
[protected] Called Lg - They canceled the claim because I did not
respond to a phone call. I never received a call. Refiled the claim CNN[protected]. Said it was approved and check was being issued for $648.11. I ASK IF I NEEDED TO KEEP THE UNIT AND WAS TOLD NO!!!
[protected] Called Lg about claim. They said once again I did not answer the phone call to confirm. Said they would do it again.
[protected] Called LG same thing.
[protected] Called LG- turned over to Tyler Byrd RMA[protected].
[protected] Received email from Tyler and responded with requested information. Was then told I had to have the sticker off the unit to get paid or proof of disposal. I had neither.
1-5-2022 Received letter from Tyler with letter to submit for claim.
I have filed a complaint on the handling of this issue VCN[protected].
I bought a new unit to replace the bad one from LG. Receipt is attached.
This label requirement should be the first thing a warranty claimant is told, not the last.
