Besides numerous complaints on call and whatsapp
Complaints closed saying checked, no one has come or called. How can it be closed
Since 15th july 2020, the machine still stands not working after so many escalations also
Complaint closed saying checked whereas no one has come or called. How can it be closed without us signing that it is done.
I have been running from pillar to post since 15th july 2020 to get my machine repaired. Your person came, changed the panel etc and charged us ₹ 5300 and it conked off in less than 10 days. Ever since i am trying to get it fixed to no avail.
Your people keep coming, checking and closing my complaints with no action taken. They keep saying they will get part but till date nothing. Is this how your service is for a reputed brand like lg for a washing machine which is not even 3 years old.
It is horrible that such an expensive machine should fail in less than 3 years and getting it repaired takes 2 months and still nothing. The lockdown is also over for a month here now so there is no excuse there too.
