Updated by Sajith Rayamarikkar Veetil Thanks, we received a response from LG that we need to raise a complaint again on this issue and asked us to call LG Area Manager Mr. Ramesh.
We did the same by calling the Area Manager (Mr. Ramesh) and we informed the issue in detail and our related concerns. He said he will check the issue with his team and concerned LG service Manager will call us back. But till date no one called us back.
Yesterday my sister got a call back from Pattambi LG Service Center (Mr. Ratheesh) and asked us what’s our plan on case which we raised, as they want close the case & can’t keep open the issue like this.
My sister said that we were waiting for feedback from LG Service Manager, so give us some more time, but he is again insisting us to give an immediate reply.
Actually he is forcing us to take an action immediately and said he had no other information on this. Then he said after warranty they can’t do anything & only customer has to pay cash for any replacements and services, we also know this fact!!
We informed him that this refrigerator is only one year and few months old and the mother board got damaged which must not happen from a reputed brand like LG. Then he said that it’s an electronic device and anything may happen anytime. His reply was in such a manner that he is also not believing the brand which he do service. He just need us to pay the amount & do the replacement.
The manner of this LG service center representative was so disappointing and an unprofessional way of approach to my sister who is a Person of Determination.
We already explained our current financial situation, that’s why we asked LG team to give an exception on this case, we never used to ask for anything which we are not deserved.
Please inform your support team to behave properly to customers especially to female.
We are expecting an immediate intervention from LG higher representative to get our issues resolved
