Dear sir,
I have purchased new LG refrigerator at 4th February, 2020 woth ₹ 45000 from Pushpa Agency, Nanpura, Surat. I gave my old Hitachi refrigerator in offer of Paytm ₹ 6000 vouchers.

Company person picked up my old product (hitachi refrigerator) at 17th March, 2020.
They promised to provide me paytm vouchers worth ₹6000 in 30 days from the date of old product pickup.

I recently purchased an airconditioner for domestic purpose. From dealership promised 5 year warranty and now lg official website shows that have only one year warranty. I lodged several complaints in lg india and but not yet have solution. Please do need full as soon as possible

We have called customer care many times but Lg customer care representatives are so careless and even they are not ready to listen our concern and even they have disconnected the call many times.

We have launched a complaint against our fridge and it's almost two weeks nothing has happened till now.

LG servicer visited our home but now he is not picking up the phone and not ready to provide...

We have called LG customer care many times but customer service executive disconnected the call with out giving proper information. Even when asked about escalation desk details i have received no response. The service was pathetic

I have been a loyal customer of lg for last 20 years and always paid hefty amounts towards extended warranty/ amc so that the products are well maintained and i am given prompt service when needed.
I am made to run from pillar to post calling service engg, supervisors, centre head, area sales manager and ms ruchi yadav in lg head office. The resolution is far sighted. Instead of doing the repairs, i am being forced to shell out money...

Water leakage at the bottom of washing machine...

I purchased "lg 28 l convection microwave oven" on 23.09.2017 and filed a complaint of microwave not heating on 11.06.2020.
Lg service person named zeeshan visited our place on 12.06.2020 and changed magnetron. Inspite of informing him the purchased date and telling him that the magnetron should be under 4 years warranty, he insisted that the magnetron is not covered under warranty and i need to pay. He took the payment of rs. 2463...

My lg ac was taken for repair by s. N enterprise kolkata on 6th june. Ever since then i have been trying to reach out to these people to check on the status. They have not been answering properly. Every year the condenser of this air conditioner needs to be changed. I have paid 40000 for the ac plus additional 12000 for amc not to suffer in summers every year.

The product definitely has manufacturing defect else why would...

Request you to replace the product on urgent basis or else refund the money. Not at all satisfied with delivery service 👎🏻...

My LG refrigerator stopped working by end of Apr'20. I created the service request : RNP[protected] on 1st May'20. Post that I have been following up with LG service centre without any response. After more than a month one Mr. Reitesh (cell: [protected]) from LG customer service called me and informed that the technician will visit within a week. A week passed by, no one called and turned up. Mr Reitesh confirmed someone will visit in 2 days....

This complaint is about inappropriate behaviour and fraudulent activities by the authorised dealer of lg electronics. I bought convection microwave worth rupees 15500 from the authorised dealer and the the product which was delivered to me was tampered and used and some parts were missing in it and when asked for the same dealer straight away refused to provide such parts and misbehaved.
Because of which i've to face financial loss...

White spot on led tv screen. We doubt that we have been sold duplicate piece of led by the distributor....

I have bought brand new lg front load washing machine in feb 2019.
I have got problem again means this is the second time i m facing problem with washing machine.
