I have registered a service request for my washing machine on April 5th, 2015. As advised by the customer care executive, I've cleaned the drum as instructed. But, the problem didn't get resolved. So I requested them to send an engineer to service the Machine. The customer support described that the engineer will proper clean the unit and the problem will get resolved. The engineer visited on May 6th, 2015 and repeated the procedure of cleaning the drum that I've already done twice. He ended up saying that there is no issue in the machine. I even showed him the clothes that were not properly washed and having detergent stains. I requested him to clean the detergent but he said that doesn't come under my service. He argued that you have used bad quality detergent. I showed him the Ariel Complete Matic Front Load detergent pack that I am using. Then also, he didn't want to clean the machine. Finally, he didn't do anything and was asking me a repair charge of Rs. 500/-. I called the customer care and explained them the situation. They gave me two local numbers to contact for the issue. They behaved very rudely with me and said that you don't know how to use the machine. I am using this machine since 2010 and have never faced any issue. My issue is still unresolved.
