I have fuzzy logic 9 washing machine and suddenly it gave error to indicate cover is not closed. on checking find out that the cover magnet is missing. to make sure it is the fault i used small magnet in the place where it should be and started using the unit. it worked without any problem.
Contacted service center in kandy sri-lanka by email to buy a magnet. no reply received, contacted head office in colombo and i was advised to contact service manager in kandy (tel: [protected])
When contacted i was informed that they can not sell the magnet.
I am using the system keeping small magnet where it should be.
I am very unhappy about this situation.
I will never by lg again and discourage the other people not to buy lg. Was this information helpful? |
