LG Electronics — washing machine spare parts not available | |||
Lg is selling washing machines and it has to provide the spare parts rather then forcing customers to go for exchange and buy new one. I've bought lg washing machine and it's condition is excellent except the motor belt has got weaken over time. I think it's more than 7years old. My request no is RNP[protected] to replace the belt but lg customer service team says the spare parts are not available and please go for exchange and buy new machine. I purchased LG TV 4 days back. Till today it was not installed.

My LG front load washing machine is 10 years old and well maintained as I use descaling powder in regualr intervals . Now the pump and pcb issue has occurred and lg repair engineers are saying parts are not available anywhere, it needs to be replaced .
