I had purchased a lg 1 tonne split ac on 5/5/2014, after only 1 week there is a continuous water leakage from the ac panel, I had registered the complaint in the lg customer care office, but the problem still persists. This is the 4 th time I had registered my complain.The service boy who for the third time came to repair the ac is making silly excuses which aren't tolerable, such negligence from the leading ac manufacturers is a shame and cannot be tolerated, if my problem is not resolved I may have to take legal action against the company.
