I have purchased lg water purifier on 28-oct-2019, installation is done by lg bu filters are not working since installation, tds level of filtered water is same as tap water. Following up with lg service center since 8-nov-2019, but no proper response received, service center m/s. Pride services informed me that, filters are faulty and they are waiting lg approval for the same. It is going to be one month since product purchase and it is not in working condition as promised.
I have complained many times on lg call center whatsapp number but every time one standard reply like our representative call is being given. Complain ref: rnp[protected]. I expect lg to resolve this immediately by rectifying the problem and proving that product is working fine or provide replacement or full refund. Was this information helpful? |
