[Resolved] LG Electronics — What is LG Service level to Customer ?

Hi,
My job no is : RNA[protected], attended on 21/05/2014 for my product LED 421S4600. LG Team not provided solution to us till date.
Is it LG policy ? once product sold, Is there no important of service to customer.
Nobody is taking care for customer or monitoring in LG and Hence not checking about why call is not completing even after one month .
Kindly look in this matter and provide solution earliest.
