[Resolved] LG India — Ac service | |||
Complained for lg ac service and gas filling today morning at service number [protected]. Was told person would positively attend latest by[protected]hrs. Got a call to attend at 1500hrs. Had been calling given number [protected] every 30mins but the person kept giving excuses that he is on his way and is reaching anytime. At 1930hrs, got fed up waiting endlessly, and called service number again to let him know in hindi that would complain from top to bottom. The person had the audacity to say "go and do that now, we will not attend to your complain". This is the after sales service lg offers? Shockingly pathetic. Will advocate to everyone known to desist from buying any lg product in india. Was this information helpful? | |||
