Liberty Shoes — Complaint regarding defective shoes.

Am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a pair of shoes model LEAP7X (MOUNTAIN2) GREY. I purchased from your store on 15.10.25 for 2237₹.

Unfortunately, the product has failed to meet reasonable standards of quality and durability.

The sole of left foot detached after 4 month of light use.

To resolve this issue I request that you
1. Please provide full refund to my original payment method or

2. Replace the faulty pair with new, quality checked pair of the same model.

I attached copy of my receipt and photographs of the defect for your reference.
