Liberty Shoes — Faulty product delivery, undue delay in replacement, lack of honesty and incorrect information. | |||
It is to my utter surprise how careless a reputed brand like you could be. Leaving alone timely delivery, your company has been shamelessly avoiding communication. I am a distressed customer whose product has not been delivered ever since i placed an order about 1 month ago! Let me show you the timeline. - 13 june 2015 Placed an order for gliders women's red bin thong (Spiner-blk) size 39 and gliders women's red bin thong (Spiner-blk) size 41 Full payment made by internet banking. Order number #[protected] - 15 june 2015 Invoice number received. #[protected] for order #[protected] -16 june 2015 Shipment number received. #[protected] for order #[protected] -16 june 2015 Wrong order received. I complained via mail on the same day attaching all the product pictures. Why was it wrong? I order two different sizes. The box was labelled differently, infact the products were labelled 'l' and 'xl' but they were the same size. The labeling error is shocking. I received a call from mr. Akash assuring me with a quick replacement service. And as requested by him, i sent more pictures of the faulty products. -17 june 2015 The blue dart courier person collected the product from my home. -20 june 2015 Some random person from blue dart (Truecaller says it is sanjay) starts calling me asking if i have returned the product or not because apparently they don't know where it is! He asks trivial questions like "who collected the package? What did he look like? Are you sure you gave him the package? What was his name?". This person disturbs me 4-5 times by calling and talks to me in a bad tone. I asked him if he wanted the receipt of pick-up. -22 june 2015 I email you again on [protected]@libertyrevolutions.com requesting a timely replacement. I receive a call assuring me that there has been some default from the courier company and that when my package is received at the warehouse only then can they dispatch the replacement. -24 june 2015 I write another mail as my final request and i have been exhausted by your carelessness. I receive a call from mr. Akash saying that they have received the package and shall be dispatching the replacement product "either today or tomorrow morning" -26 june 2015 Credit memo received. #[protected] for order #[protected] Order number received. # [protected] has been complete. -27 june 2015 I receive my order confirmation of #[protected] I receive another mail saying "your order # [protected] has been re_order_done. New order [protected]" -1 july 2015 I write a mail to express my distress of not receiving my order. I receive a mail that i shall be informed about the status. I asked for a written status report. -2 july 2015 I call at your office and talk to mr. Akash who apologizes and gives me lame excuses. I ask him to make me talk to some higher authority and simply cancel my order. Another person picks up the call and he was asked for his name and designation before we could start a conversation, he puts my phone on hold and eventually hung up. I tried to call on the same number several times but nobody answered. -3 july 2015 I wrote the entire timeline of event complaining about the issue and said that - this is surely the last time i ever buy your products and i will put this mail on all social networking websites to let the public know how careless and unprofessional liberty is. I mentioned that i wanted to cancel my order and want my refund asap. I received a mail saying “daer customer, We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you!!! Mistakenly your had been cancelled, this is highly sellable product, so that time this was not available, as of now we are sending your product and you will get with two or three days. Regards Liberty shoes ltd.” Well is they didn't have the product in stock why was it available online? Also if that was the real issue then why did they not inform me about the delay? Today is 7 july 2015 and as of now, i have not received any status report. I am distressed and highly unsatisfied with the way this company has been cheating! I wish to get my refund, apology and compensation. I am not interested in dealing with liberty in any manner whatsoever. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very Rude Store staff, Also no customer service number works...no body answers in KUTAIL/KARNAL number and in email no one answers.
They are looking for innocent customers like us to STEAL OUR HARD EARNED MONEY...
