Dear sir,
I have purchased the above mentioned shoes on[protected] from liberty shoes ltd. Cts-1689, kirloskar road, belgaum-590002, karnataka.
Product:jerrico-1, gliders blue, size 44
Material code:[protected]

After single use i have got an issue regarding damage (Sole tearing of right foot shoe) i had been to your above showroom with the issue to rectify it. Please exchange the same with the new pair of shoes.

As i am the regular customer of liberty shoes from a very long period and never got any problem before but this i have got an issue as said above.

Hope you will do the needful as early as possible and please guide the above showroom manager to exchange the shoes.

After Submitting Invoice bill copy along with Shoes to the the Liberty shop at Belgaum on 5 December 2017 for replacement as per the showroom I have waited for almost 12 days to get replacement but every time when I called the showroom manager for the details I got an excuse from him that product is not available till 16 December 2017 and finally I got fed up with the excuses from the Liberty manager that product is not available and cant be delivered now and have to wait for another 15 days that too in doubt with no proper assurance.

I have got the worst and very bad service and experience from the Liberty Showroom and finally decided to pick the product not of my interest due to excuses from the Liberty showroom Belgaum.

The worst ever customer service and feedback and excuse faced by me from "liberty shoes" Belgaum for escaping from the service to be provided to the customer on time and for not providing product on time and giving excuses that there is no production and supply of product and not getting the exact time when the product will be available to me and getting negative response to my feed back.
