Dear sir, This is to inform you that i anand kumar saraogi booked online libert coolers shoe model 99-80 black size 44 on 7th oct 2016 along with a valid payment of rs 548 including delevery charges. It will take 8-10 days to delevere as informed... On 18th oct i received a sms that maintioned that your order no. [protected] is shipped through india post with awb no.54654. Im waiting but no product delevere till 26th oct, on 27th oct i contact custumer care of liberty and inform that they dosenot find the details of the said order & advice to call after one day. Next day i again call him after a long waiting he informe me that they still not found detailes of the said order & assured me that he send information to me by sms, email.. Im waiting 4 days as deepawali celebration going on, after deepawali i contect custmer care & again n again they put my call in hold, melodious music is on from that side. Today on 8th nov i contect custmer care & talked about my problem, after a long wait they inform me that your invoice is done but due to non availablity of the product order by me they unable to send delevery... Then i tell that if you dont have my orderd product in stock please cancelle my order and refund my cash back to me. They reply you have to select another product as there is no cash refund policy of the company liberty shoe.. Please look in to this matter and resolve the complain at your earliast... LIBERTY SHOES is worst company. IT IS FOOLING CUSTOMERS, My money has been wasted many times. No more same quality as 10 years ago. I think thy sell CHINA made shoes. This company is using v cheap raw material for sure thats why shoes are breaking in 1-2 uses only. Don't buy again.
Very Rude Store staff, Also no customer service number works...no body answers in KUTAIL/KARNAL number and in email no one answers.
