Hi, I had purchased one liberty fortune shoe on 3rd september 2017 from liberty exclusive show room which is located at new railway road gurgaon (Unable to recollect the shop name). I am observing serious quality issue on the product and the same is totally damaged and beyond use with in 3 months of purchase.
