Liberty Shoes — Shoe Quality

I bought liberty Healers shoes (Article Name: GI-YFL-01) on 10/09/2021, but the sole and outer material are showing breaks and tear down within one month of medium use. I have also complained about this at the local shop (Liberty showroom at DD Mall, Gwalior) but have not received any response yet. I want the product to be exchanged with a new and good quality shoe or the respective amount refunded.
