Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Login ID for Minor Policy

I have dropped various email for "Login ID for Minor Policy" and LIC never reverted. LIC employees are getting salary on time and not concerned about addressing clients issues. As per LIC, One cannot create USER ID and password for Minor policy holders. Client can add Minor policy in Parents USer ID only. My point is that if LIC is selling policy for minor, then why there is issue in providing Online access. Parents policy is with Bajaj llianj.
