Life Insurance Corporation Of India [LIC] — railway ticket booking - ticket or message not received but amount debited from my credit card account

I have not received railway eticket/pnr number after payment from my credit card.
The following otp has been received in my email-id (Credit card holder is vimala l. R) for the payment transaction and also i received a message in my mobile "[protected]" after completing the payment.
Message : "dear customer, inr 1170.48 was spent on your credit card xx6924 on 10-feb-19 at yatra.com."
Otp - "one time password for transaction on your axis bank card
Secure. [protected]@axisbank.com [secure. [protected]@axisbank.com]

353648 is the otp for transaction on your card xx6924 at yatra_axis on[protected]:52:51. Otp valid for 5 mins. Please do not share it with anyone
