Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — superannuation pension fund installment not received and looking for full and final settlement

Dear sir -
Superannuation fund pension is stopped to my account since this year without any reasons assigned. I have tried calling and sent mail several number of times since last week of aug 2020 but no response from such a big company.

Lic is sitting on a fund of common man and do not bother to disburse amount in a proper manner neither they have proper system for follow up or escalations. I am in huge need of this fund for marriage and hospitalization but lic is not bothered to response during this difficult times of covid.
