Hi,
I am facing plan upgrade issue @Lifecell. In April 2020, their sales representatives Anurag (+91-[protected]) and Deepansh (+91-[protected]) call me to book an appointment and Anurag came at my house to explain the benefits and complete plan to how to connect with Lifecell. He also promised us a stroller and plan payment break-up as mentioned below -

1- For 1st year - Rs. 21000/- needs to be paid - which I have already paid.

2- On the first birthday of a child means after 1 year completes - Rs. 25000/- for next 21 years - which I have to pay as a renewal of the membership.

3- After 21 years completes as per point 2, then I have to pay Rs. 10000/- which will be valid till lifetime (which is I assume valid till 75 years of age of child).

Then we made a payment of Rs. 21000 (CRM no.[[protected]] initially and he committed next year at your child's first birthday, you will get a link for 21 years plan payment of Rs. 25000. They haven't given us any stroller as of now and also now I am trying to make the payment of remining Rs. 25000 that link is not working as it got expired. Now I am asking for a new link with same payment amount then their executive Lalit (+91-[protected]) is keep on arguing with me and not providing me the same link because as per his authority he can send me the Rs. 30000 link. He is also keep on denying that their database is showing a different plan for us (that I don't know from where it comes up), i.e. either I have to keep paying Rs. 4000 annually for 75 years or to upgrade to 21 years plan then I have to pay Rs. 30000 today itself. I have got frustrated after raising innumerable complaints, but have not got any response from them. Let us know if you get any solution to this.

Now here the trust is broken.

    We had taken lifecell service for our new born. We were told that a stroller will be given to us and it has been over 5 months now but no update. Recently got a call from them for the balance payment which was due 6 months after the birth of the child which is on 29th April. The executives are non responsive and I am told if the money was not paid then they will downgrade our plan etc etc.. No way to get a reply on it seems available.

      Now my question when Lifecell does not give 800 rs gift as they committed to me, how they can provide the service in the future.

      I am requesting please don't but the policy from lifecell

        I have been conversing with Mr Raman since 15 days, I have been explaining him that my baby's blood tissue was discarded due to no growth which was informed to me by an email in the year 2017.I have been getting calls from different executives who were totally unaware of this fact! Surprisingly though, as only based on a trust factor the process is been done as we can't see the exact reason for which we are paying the money for.Further Mr Raman said that he still don't know what Is the amount that I have to pay as only blood stem is being preserved.
        Furthermore, most shockingly I have been mailed with some unknown mail recipient Name Sivaranjani Krishnan requesting to the same amount as is shown due to me.Where we trust you with our baby's future, with this kind of attitude and callousness from your side makes me think if I would like to renew my membership!! Utterly disappointed with Lifecell, will make sure not to recommend it to anyone.I further advise you to resolve the matter asap!!

          Dear Sir!
          Our blood sample were collected on 4.12.2020 for clinical exome sequencing test and I was told it will take around 21 days to generate report.
          Few days after completion of 21 days when I called for report, I was asked to share a different report which I denied.
          Again when I called customer care and subsequently with local executive in Kolkata on 19.01.2021, I was informed that the blood sample was sent for reprocess.
          Subsequently I called on 6 February 2021 and asked just for the probable date of generation of the report. They are not giving any satisfactory reply.

          Please help us to know the correct status.

            The customer care executives lack company ethics.they are cold hearted and never understand that someone is facing an emotional issue. My payment was due but i had a mishappening in my family. I told the customer care when i recieved the call and asked them to call in a week's time but they kept calling and harrassing me for d payment... That was an emotional trauma for me...i request u to please look into the matter or i will be forced to sue the company.

              We were contacted by one of Lifecell's sales reps to convert to the Lifetime Storage Plan for CRM Number is 50200159 and were offered a discounted price of Rs. 40000/- on 15th December 2020.
              We made the payment immediately via online banking and the demand note and payment confirmation from CC Avenue (payment gateway provider) is attached.
              On contacting customer support we were assured that we would receive a formal receipt...

                This is my 2nd child named Atharv Choudhary born on 24th Dec 2019...cust service rep cracked a deal in 50K with 20K as on the spot payment and remaining 30K next year same date which I agreed to blindfolded as this was my 2nd time with lifecell

                I have spoken to numerous reps in last 1 month or more but received no response so far on the confirmation of it. Rep Prabhakar who worked out the deal has left lifecell with no record on the books of what has been agreed upon for my child

                  Last year, We were informed by one of your executive Mr Rahul Nayak, that we need to pay Rs. 50000 all inclusive for stem cell banking plan of 75 years preservation.
                  We made a payment of Rs. 19990 last year on 4-sept-2019. We were verbally informed that we need to pay remaining amount (Rs 30010) after 1 year.
                  Now on lifecell site, it is asking Rs 45000 for 75 years AND currently we don't have any written or mail information on the package explained by Rahul. Also his mobile no is switched off and we do not have any way to contact him.
                  Request you to please consider our information on this & we will be able to pay only Rs 30010 as part of our pending payment confirmed by your employee, our crm number is[protected].

                  We are facing the same issue @Lifecell. In July 2020, their sales representatives used to call us daily even at 10 pm at night to sell their plan. Mandeep Saini, a representative had promised us a stroller and a total lifetime plan with 54000 rs. We made a payment of Rs. 23, 990 (CRM no.[protected] initially and he commited next year at your child's first birthday, you will get a link for remaining payment of Rs. 30000. They haven't given us any stroller and also now that we are trying to make the remaining payment of Rs. 30, 000 but the customer care executives are denying that their database is showing a different plan for us, i.e. we have to keep paying Rs. 4000 annually for 75 years. We have got frustrated after raising innumerable complaints, but have not got any response from them. Let us know if you get any solution to this.

                    Hi Team,

                    Any Company will issue the receipt once the payment is realized in their accounts. Life cell is not issuing the receipt even after my post dated cheque for 35, 000 rs is cleared for life time storage and money is credited in to their account. As per customer support team, not providing the receipt is their policy. i don't know where it is written in their policy. They are providing only the statement of account and insurance companies are not at all accepting the statement of account.

                    So no other option. i have decided to terminate the account. be aware of the promises of sales team of lifecell.

                      My Baby was born on 13 March 2020. Before taking the policy salesmen were roaming around me but once i booked and paid amount. Nobody is ready to listen me for anything.
                      Actually they commited for some utirine tests
                      As complemantry and commited for some gifts after taking policy.
                      Now, point is not all about gifts, i am worry that weather they preserved my baby' stem cells or not.
                      The contact person who sailed me this product is not accepting my calls and customer care is not able to resolve this.

                        I have not received any collection kit. Infact I had told Aman, your representative 4 days back also that what if I am already in labour or I have delivered already???? . No one from life cell even bothered to check.
                        As a woman in labour do you really excpect me to call When I am in labour myself ????
                        My husbands number was not taken and I provided the same to Aman myself 4 days back, it’s so strange to see the worst service possible ...

                        No representative number has been shared,
                        with us to coordinate on the pickup front???? Right from the beginning I have faced issues with the service and had brought it to the notice of seniors of your team. But honestly they were a little better but still not prompt.

                        Poor service & absolutely no trust in your company. I can be in the hospital any moment and I cannot believed I have to deal with this right

                          I had registered for lifecell uc preservation was promised that, we will get baby stroller. I did register and was expecting to receive it. It has been 3 months now and all my repeated follow ups went in vain as stroller never got delivered. Sales person, vijya and her senior aare not reply my mail. Not trustworthy people. I feel cheated and worried more as i committed myself for their preservation service of these unprofessional people. -

                            I have recently enrolled with lifecell on 26th august 2020 under the lifetime plan having crm #[protected] and enrollment id: 322707.

                            I was promised that upon enrollment i will be getting the following:

                            1. Complimentary gift coupons - worth rs.21000 (Proof snapshot attached with mail) - delivery: within 30 days after delivery of baby
                            2. Baby stroller - brand/model: chicco cortina cx lava (Proof snapshot attached with mail) - delivery: in mail within 2-4 days)
                            3. Newborn size diapers (Free of cost - 24 pcs) - delivery: 25-30 days after enrollment.

                            After enrollment, when asked the sales rep (Manoj) to provide the stroller details in mail, there was discrepancy in what he committed on behalf of lifecell which is completely unprofessional. (Please refer to the mail in trail for conversation in regards to the stroller). Till now, i have received complimentary gift coupons from lifecell of around rs 13000 approx only.in addition he (Manoj aditya) confirms the delivery of 'newborn size diapers (Free of cost - 24 pcs) - delivery: 25-30 days after enrollment' through mail.

                            I also told the sales rep (Manoj), that if in case lifecell don't honour the commitment which you (Manoj aditya) already made to me prior enrollment, i have to terminate the agreement on the basis of fraud/false commitment, upon which his direct reply was 'okay sir' (Proof mail in trail).

                            I myself work for fortune 6 healthcare company, considers this as a sheer case of cheating and is completely unethical. So would request the higher management or concerned department to strictly look into this, as none of your newly enrolled clients would accept this kind of act/behaviour.

                              I purchased lifetime storage for my baby girl born on 3rd june and part of the offer price, i was informed thrice that i will be getting a baby stroller after 2 months. I am following with sales person charu for last 1 month but in return i am being asked to wait for one week everytime. If you people can not honor your commitment and contract, then don't promise something. Highly disappointed.

                              I created a seperate ticket on this board and lifecell team marked that as closed without delivering the order or getting in touch with me.

                                My self Tejshree Jadkar purchased your membership in July and as per my conversation with Kirti your life cell employee she said that my hospital (Vaishnavi ) is registered with life cell but after purchasing your membership My hospital declined any registration with life cell as they dont entertain any of this, And due unfortunate circumstances i am no more interested in continuing the same. Firstly i requested for a cancellation on the call. I was told to send an email.

                                Before my EMI deduction date i had informed 1 month back that i need to terminate this account but i didnt receive any mail from your end and my first EMI got deducted. How can you guys deduct my EMI where i had not used any of your service.

                                Later i was informed that i will be charged inr 7500 for cancellation. Really!!! How can you ask for something i have not used. You have not provided me any service yet then why would i pay you this amt. After several reminders and conversation i had with your useless support staff from lifecell i demand a full refund of money paid for lifetime policy as i have no trust in your company, staff and its services to provide any assistance in case of any medical emergency for which the policy was taken at first place.

                                I demand a refund along on priority as i have not availed any of your services yet. Neither the samples have been taken nor has been processed. This is really very disappointing that none of the staff is understanding the issue rather they are sending me templates. Just copy pasting the same templates again and again. Pathetic experience. Pathetic company.

                                  I purchased lifetime storage for my baby girl born on 3rd June and part of the offer price, I was informed thrice that I will be getting a baby stroller after 2 months. I am following with sales person Charu for last 1 month but in return I am being asked to wait for one week everytime. If you people can not honor your commitment and contract, then don't promise something. Highly disappointed

                                    Unable to login to my account with my registered Mobile

                                    Sir, I'm a customer of Lifecell international and my CRM number is[protected]. I have opted for plan of convertible ASF to LTP Dual storage.On 05.01.2020 my cheque was cleared of Rs 33, 000/- vide cheque no:417261. I haven't received any recipient regarding the above cheque clearance till now and I'm unable to login with my registered mobile number too..I have totally paid an amount of Rs 54, 990/- till now and the response from the Lifecell...

                                    We have been informed that there is a due amount of rs. 30000 (21 years plan) or rs. 45000 (Life time storage) needs to be paid before 6th of july 2020. We have been informed by one of your executive mr. Tahir who is not a part of your organisation now, that we need to pay rs. 51000 for a plan of 21 years for which we made a payment of rs. 25990 last year and we hope the information provided by him is true & there is a due of 25000 to be paid for continuing, but we don't have any written or mail information on the package explained by tahir.

                                    Please be informed we have referred two or three couples for life cell which they've opted for your best services.

                                    Request you to please consider our information on this & we will be able to pay only rs.25000 as part of our pending payment confirmed by your ex employee, our crm number is mentioned on the subject for reference.
