I have been paying all my fee in time every year but every year someone from the company first sends a suspension notice and then has to follow it with a apology letter.
They claim of a cheque bounce but are unable to produce a cheque bounce memo from the bank without which my bank in writing has refused to accept.
Request the details of the grievance cell of lifecell so the this matter can be solved once and for all.

    I have made a full one time payment towards preservation of stem cells for my child, for a period of 21 years. I have the CRM# and payment receipt.

    Since past few months, I keep receiving reminders to pay the amount. I reached out to their Customer Care, they transferred it to the Payment Department, and the payment department never reverts. This happened 3-4 times.

    Finally I received an SMS saying your account is suspended and I must pay 5000/- to renew it. Also they don't provide any escalation manager's number with whom we can talk.

    I am starting to feel if the company is cheating on me

      Hi,

      I have paid lifetime fee of 40, 000/- on 19th march’20. And contacted them through mail and phone for the receipt of the amount. But no response. I understood the current situation as due to covid, they are unable to do the job so. But it’s almost been 3 months, i am still in waiting for their response.
      All i want is a receipt of the paid amount and a confirmation letter saying that i have paid for lifetime and no need to paid anything further. Also attaching a screenshot related to the same.

        I had a planned delivery scheduled on 17th of may 2020 and it was well before communicated to the concerned company and the paramedical guy. After the delivery time still the paramedical person didn't reach and collect and when i queried of his absence, he mentioned that he doesn't have sufficient money to come over and requested me a favor of money. Since it was very awkward for me to digest the favor and he was sticking to the point of not coming to the place and collecting the sample. Upon request he arrived at 2 0 clock and again asked me 1000 rupees, out of the humanitarian front i helped and the time was also running out of hand.

        As per the conversation till date with lifecell executives and the sales persons, i should have been updated timely about the sample status as it relates to my wife and child. I didn't get any update and the executives were avoiding my calls and messages.in a certain conversation, i was told that, the kit is still in kolkotta with blue dart office and it hasn't been reached to chennai before 72 hours which as per my opinion would have damaged the sample. With so irresponsible and life threatening activities, i want to file a case against this company with no ethical values and promote fraud activities.
        I want my entire money back with legal action need to taken against this unethical and savage company.

          I had registered for lifecell for lifetime membership uc preservation in march 2020. Was promised that, we will get baby stroller of h & h brand and baby 13 piece gift. I did register and was expecting to receive it. It has been @2 months now and all my repeated follow ups went in vain as stroller and baby 13 piece never got delivered. Sales person, aman from lajpat nagar-2 branch and their customer care executive are making false commitment one after another to deliver it. Not trustworthy people. I feel cheated and worried more as i committed myself for their preservation service of these unprofessional people. -

            Life-cell policy number [protected] Extra amount 5000 each month has been deducted from my account. Till now 15000 deducted.
            If i ask them, they say, i have to speak to Bajaj finserv. And Bajaj does not respond.
            Initially executives will be back o[censored]s for policy initiation.
            I had an bad response.

                Dear Team

                We are really not happy with Lifecell.
                I don’t want to continue with you please cancel my enrollment through crm#[protected]. I am not statified with your services. The team has misguided us I had been calling the customer care and they are not helping me to cancel this, and now they are coming up with some excuses on it.
                I had not even confirmed the this on the mail and everything was processed. This is not done.

                Please cancel my enrollment as I don’t want to continue.

                I have been following up on this with Lifecell Customer care. They are just not helping us out her and trying to delay the whole process.

                Request the Consumer court to take strict action on this ASAP and kindly help us to get this cancelled and get our money back here.

                  From last two month lifecell have not passed my claim. My daughter had undergone bmt transplant. There are least concern. But they said they will give the amount. Then they said they be working on reimbursement way. Now it's two month they are least bothered about the refund. Now they say our insurer will see the matter. We have nothing to do. When our insurer icici will pass the matter then we can assure you. Every week i get a mail it will be refunded end of week.

                    Hello team,
                    This is 2nd complaint of mr tushar dutta i am writing to you.

                    I bought the lifecell policy last year when my child was born. Please see crm no mentioned above. At the time of payment after some negotiations it was agreed that i had to pay 23000 in first year as collection fee and then 25000 after a year based on my plan - 21 years storage. Okay. I paid 23000 and all went well.
                    Now when policy came the storage plan mentiond was annual and not 21 years storage.
                    After a year in 2019 nov i started asking mr tushar dutta to come and collect the cheque of remaining amount. Date due was 18th nov and i stared asking him on 5th nov. The super busy guy came only on 16th nov and asked me not to worry even if policy is suspended for a year. He will manage.
                    Now on writing this complaint (After multiple communications with cust care) and requesting some 10 times to tushar to get the cheque cleaared from bank account i am fed up of your process and marketing team tushar.
                    Believe me this is not the first time i am writing to you on tushar, last year during first payment he created same non sennse which provoked me to write to you and after mr tushar's verbalapology only i took back the complaint from this portal.

                    Current status :
                    I have zero faith in lifecell now especially the marketing team and god knows if the stems cell whcih you are collecting will ever be anyone's help (Sorry for being rude but your customer service talks about you more then your marketing teams). I did 2 referalls in meanwhile recommending lifecell to them which i must admit is mistake done by me.

                    Next steps: as per crm # mentioned above kindly share me the link for direct payment of the remaining amount (25, 000) as promised by your estemmed marketing employee tushar dutta. If your calculation exceeds this amoutn then consider the policy as cancelled from my side and also be ready for a a complaint in consumer cell.

                    I hope you will get back to me with a solution now. Meanwhile i will ask the back to stop payment of the cheque issued to tushar.

                    Ps: let me know if a verbal recording of the audio call with tushar is needed in which he made a false promise on 4th december 2019, that he will get the cheque cleared on 8th positively.

                    Also i have the photo of the cheque issues to lifecell international pvt ltd which is with tushar dutta.

                      Hi i have made the payment, but they are calling continuously and saying the amount has not been paid and i have the invoice payment proofs, the call proofs made and also the confirmation from the lifecell finance team that the amount has been payed. They are harassing me with call without validating the data base. Please let me know if i need to share the screenhots of calls and smss which i am getting. I informed them multiple times but no help.

                        I had taken policy of stem cell for my baby from lifecell executive abhishek nepali, gurgaon. My wife also taken same policy from lifecell unknowingly from agra-lifecell iteself. When i came to know about this, i asked lifecell to terminate my policy enrollment number : 274156 & my wife confirm from lifecell executive mr. Prashant that my whole money will be refunded, i had been asked to pay 7500/- to proceed for termination of policy. I had paid 7500/- also. Now we are still exixting customer of lifecell with one policy, but i did not received my refund & mr. Prashant & mr. Abhishek are not responding. Pls do the needful & refund my money including 7500/-.

                            I purchased your membership in september and due unfortunate circumstances i am no more interested in continuing the same. Firstly i requested for a cancellation on the call. I was told to send an email

                            Later i was informed that i will be charged inr 7500 for cancellation. Really!!! How can you ask for something i have not used. You have not provided me any service yet then why would i pay you this amt. After several reminders and conversation i had with your useless support staff from lifecell i demand a full refund of money paid for lifetime policy as i have no trust in your company, staff and its services to provide any assistance in case of any medical emergency for which the policy was taken at first place.
                            I was informed that this 26000 is charged for the first year and this is being charged for processing and storage. I demand a full refund along with the handover of the post dated check on priority as i have not availed any of your services yet. Neither the samples have been taken nor has been processed. This is really very dissapointing that none of the staff is understanding the issue rather they are sending me templates. Just copy pasting the same templates again and again. Pathetic experience. Pathetic company.

                            Dear Mr Harpreet, as informed earlier incase of cancellation of agreement before sample collection, we will hold back Rs. 7500/-and refund the balance amount .This is also specified in our terms and conditions. Applicable clauses are specified below.

                            12. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

                            12.1.This Agreement may be terminated

                            a. by Client at any time prior to the Umbilical Cord Blood collection


                            12.2.

                            Effects of Termination:

                            a. If this Agreement is terminated under Section 12.1. (a), all fees paid by the Client to LifeCell shall be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee of ₹7, 500 (INR Seven Thousand Five Hundred only).

                            And the Order confirmation email was sent to you on the date of enrollment to your registered mail id which contains the agreement.

                            i purchased a policy with lifecell a year back and it was to be renued this year on 5th oct 2020, i read a lot of negative feedback about lifecell on the web from the customers and so decided not to renew it anymore, and so i called Mr ravi who sold me the policy and informed him not to present my renewal cheque, i called him 4-5 days the date on the cheque, but he said cannot do anything and the cheque will be presented, and now the cheque is bounced and lifecell is sending me messages for paying cheque bounce and penality fees, they are also sending me messages informing to pay asap or will send legal notice.
                            i have just one question i was told it is not mandatory to renew my policy after a year and if i wish i can continue, than why are lifecell team sending me legal notice.

                              I took out there service from lifecell in the month of june and been paying installments very month for a service of 20 year. But due to any emergency at the time of delivery we were not able to call them as the delivery date was the end of october but as it was a emergency the delivery happened in the mid of sep.. Now when we call them to cancel the service they want us to pay rs7500 for it... I ask for what i have not taken the service yet plus it was an emergency i did not plan to have this happened. This company doesn't care what happened after getting their money... I will make sure no one i know would every take this company service... Worst company ever to deal with.

                                Hi Sir/Madam,
                                We Rama Siddeswara Rao J, Geetha Rani, , CRM: 180000XXXX,
                                We were advised to by lifecell marketing person Mr. Sharath (mobile: 96772XXXX) to store our baby stem cells in the month of May-2018. We were informed that there was an offer of lifetime storage plan 54000 (including all, kit, collection etc)
                                20000 + 4000 + 30000 installment basis. We paid 24000 at first at then asked to pay remaining 30000 on our baby's first birthday.
                                But we have a got a mail to pay 45000 instead of 30000. So enquired about this with Mr. Sharath ( please find the attached scrren shots) he told I will check. Then he informed us to pay 30000 for lifetime plan as cheque. We sent the cheque. Now he twisted the words and saying many times I am trying and trying. But finally the cheque got debited from my account and I got a receipt of 21 years plan instead of life time plan. I felt that we were deceived by Your company. It is very disappointing for us. Please check the details and convert that plan into Lifetime plan .

                                  I have purchased stemcell storage service from life cell in april, 2019. During the pre-session, i was told that life cell will collect multiple samples related to blood cells and store the cord blood cells. I was also promised to receive welcome gifts like baby stroller and other gifts of worth 6000 inr. This pre session was done by mr. Varun and his teammate. After making the payment of inr 20, 990 by cheque, i received online coupons of worth 6000 inr by email and all products need to buy from online ecommerce stores, which was not mentioned in pre-session. All products quality was very poor and all products are overpriced. Even i didn't order some products due to hefty price tag and poor quality and even not value for money. Later, i asked life cell sales executive to provide update on baby stroller gift, i didn't get feedback till 20th aug, 2019 even after multiple calls nor he reply to sms and whatsapp messages. The other incident is of samples collection and occurred after my new baby birth. During pre-session on life cell services, i was told that life cell paramedics will come to collect umbilical cord blood, blood samples and urine samples of new born baby. Paramedics collected umbilical cord blood samples only but other samples collection was not done which was supposed to do within 1-2 weeks after baby birth. Even no one called me nor any intimation received from lifecell on same. Certainly, i checked online about samples collections dates and found that these samples are supposed to collect within 2 weeks after baby birth. I called mr. Varun (Sales executive) and mr. Naveen (Paramedics) to know the status on collection date. Both were acted like they don't know anything on what samples to be collected. I was quite surprised on it. After that, both of them didn't take my calls nor they reply my messages and whatsapp messages for more than 1 weeks. After that i made a call to customer care and then they transferred my call to naveen's boss and he assured this would not happen again. I tried to reach them again and found same behavior as i didn't receive any intimation of samples collection and then i get to know they will not send any paramedics for samples collection and they will courier the kit only to my home address and samples are supposed to collect by us only and courier them to their address. It again surprised me as how could a non-skilled person collect these samples and could make mistake and can contaminate the samples and most important there are also blood samples collection in it, which need the done by skilled paramedics not by us. I arranged local paramedics to collect the samples and called naveen to provide the sample collection kit status but again he didn't take calls as kit was not delivered to my home address even after 1 more weeks of continuous followup and its already passed more than 3 weeks of baby birth. From these experiences, i felt that lifecell is a big loot and they care only to steal the hard earned money by making false promises and after collecting money they don't bother about customer’s consent and their own commitments. I even didn't receive the hard copies of the test reports nor any paramedics called to teach the reports results either its good or bad. There is zero service from lifecell and for everything, i have experienced that we ourselves need to remind and take followup, they don't take any ownership for anything nor they provide any service to customers. They only call and do followup till we pay them our hard earned money. I have even opened multiple tickets in lifecell for the issues and also sent them the emails but all in vain. I only get resolution on reports understanding. 2nd time collected samples soft reports are still not received as 1 month is already passed. The another big scam is we also don’t have any information if the collected samples are preserved securely or not, in case if its contaminated or not. If the company don’t care of customer in the initial days then how would they guaranty on the services which they are promising for life time and taking a hefty amount of approx. 60, 000 inr which is a huge amount for middle class families in india. I would request you to please take necessary action on life cell and i want my money back including the umbilical cord blood samples preserved by lifecell. I hear have attached the invoice receipts for your reference. I want my money back. And now i am asking for refund then they are not to refund and asking me to terminate the services without any moneyback. I would be looking forward for your prompt action and feedback. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

                                    On my son's first birthday i upgrade the plan to lifetime storage plan, ur telecaller executive committed the plan at rs30000. And sent me a link that showed invoice for lifetime storage plan at all inclusive in rs 30000. I paid through that link and now u gave receipt of 21 yrs storage plan. I call so many times and mail so many times but there is no respond from ur side. This is wrong, lifecell is reputed brand. So i request u to do something on my complaint. I m sending pic of the link that u sent to me for payment.

                                      I do not know what will happen after few decades. Will this company remain or go bankrupt, will this company keep my babies cells preserved as their sales team claims. No one can see future. But we can certainly evaluate an organizations possible future depending on their present business practices and promises they make and deliver. Below is a screenshot of communication with a lifecell representative. They used to flood my inbox with promotional messages on referral bonus. That's morally and ethically wrong. When the time came, this is how their representative act. See it for yourself. They didn't move finger even after the threat of making it viral. That shows complacency and no # to give attitude of the company. Are you sure your babies cells will be preserved here for years diligently? Are you sure they will honor their commitment? There can be better alternatives.

                                        A year ago i again chose lifecell, i was told that i just have to pay 18990/- only for the second child as i already paid my first child storage. Crm[protected]
                                        I am attaching the screen shot of mail. I asked her several times about full and final payment, she said that full and final payment for 21 years is 18990/- as i have paid for first child..
                                        I am recieving mails for renewal
                                        Please look into the matter as this is teally dissapointing and rediculous on the part of subrata (Your team)
