Later i was informed that i will be charged inr 7500 for cancellation. Really!!! How can you ask for something i have not used. You have not provided me any service yet then why would i pay you this amt. After several reminders and conversation i had with your useless support staff from lifecell i demand a full refund of money paid for lifetime policy as i have no trust in your company, staff and its services to provide any assistance in case of any medical emergency for which the policy was taken at first place.
I was informed that this 26000 is charged for the first year and this is being charged for processing and storage. I demand a full refund along with the handover of the post dated check on priority as i have not availed any of your services yet. Neither the samples have been taken nor has been processed. This is really very dissapointing that none of the staff is understanding the issue rather they are sending me templates. Just copy pasting the same templates again and again. Pathetic experience.
