[Resolved] Lifecell International — lifecell agreement terminated after payment done | |
Lifecell team has to regret and shame on their work and mistakes to blame customer even after receiving full payment from customer and terminated lifecell agreement without notice to the customer. Payment done through online by stop the cheque payment with the help of lifecell executive. And same updated to executive with a call and email with payment transaction details. And few days after received plan confirmation email from the lifecell. After plan confirmation i received payment due emails continueosly and discussed with care executive on call and provided payment transaction information and he verified and confirmed after that no more payment due related emails received. And finally took payment from my side and sent an email as lifecell agreement terminated i. E.5th july 2018. Below is the email description - This is to notify that due to non-payment of your bounce payment for the past 3 months, despite several reminders, we have already suspended your agreement with lifecell. Yet, lifecell will continue storing your baby's stem cells with no liabilities to you for a period of two years from the date of this letter. You still have the option of reviving the agreement by paying all unpaid fees of rs 33, 000.00 along with the re-enrollment fee of rs. 5000/-. And i did final payment on 12th april and i don't understand why they are using in all emails with words of bounce payment and "we would also like to apprise you that a bounce in your account will affect your cibil score (Credit rating)" such a statements. I am not right person to use those words compare with lifecell Why lifecell is trying to withdraw a stopped cheque from last 3 months even after informed to the lifecell executive and even after final payment/settlement done. I won't recommend lifecell to any body because of wrong promises and keep on mistakes blaming customers. Was this information helpful? | |

Plan has been activated with wrong bank type by the representative. Has escalated may times but there is no proper response.
