My nephew's stem cell was preserved in March 2016. He was diagnosed with Thalassemia major in October 2016 and he requires a Bone Marrow Transplant. When we contacted Life Cell, they told us that the stem cell that they have preserved is also infected. Following are my complaints:
1) Why didnt they inform us when they preserve it?
2) You didnt conduct any tests on it while preserving it, which you claim to do it.
3) You charge us for preserving the stem cell and the tests, which is useless for us.
4) you give guarantee on your website that if you cant use the stem cell in the transplant, which is also not complied with.
5) We have been trying to get in contact with you for the last 3 months, however no discreet response.
