Likizo Services Pvt Ltd — fraud/scam by making fake commitments | |||||
Hi, my name is sahil. I got into a membership with likizo services on may 20, 2018. My membership no. Is lsm-992. It all started when henali & i were given a contest coupon at seawoods grand central mall and then were invited by likizo to their belapur office address for a free voucher worth 40, 000rs. On reaching there, we were made to sit in a room with round tables and loud music along with a salesperson who claimed us for 5-star hotels stay and gave a lot of false promises hereby, making us attract to enroll into enter a membership with them. Since my paying capacity was only ₹64, 000 that time, i paid all i had. After doing research on them that it is a fake company and all commitments are fake, i immediately asked them for a refund. That time they disclosed that its a total non-refundable agreement which we had signed in hurry at the time of presentation due to the smart salesman (Kedar bhillare) tricking us. Somehow with the help of seawood central marketing team (Promotion. [protected]@nexusmalls.com) putting pressure on them, i managed to get ₹34, 000 back from likizo company and for the rest ₹30, 000 they said to use their services for 6 nights and i agreed to give them a chance (Said by sam & amol). My biggest mistake which i did. It basically means (30, 000/6=5000rs per night spending for a stay at a hotel) Now when i gave them a service request to book a 5-star hotel for my stay, they said its not possible as in the terms and conditions we have mentioned 3-5 star properties. I said give me dates when they have only 5-star hotels available, they said it’s not possible as my membership is only of ₹30, 000 now and we cannot give you 5-star properties (Conversation with bharat lot & shahrukh khan).in their presentation, they used a book with only 5 star properties like taj lands end, radisson blu, etc which was all a lie. They gave me options of hotels worth ₹2500 of 3-4 star average ratings (Sources of comparison - makemytrip, trivago etc). When a customer can avail such low profile hotels at a lesser cost than ₹5000rs (As per night agreement with likizo), i am sure that i have been cheated and this company does not have any 5-star properties in reality. When i again approached seawoods team for help, they raised their hands saying we cannot do anything anymore and hence i had to come to consumer complaint for help. It’s a shame that these people show so much amazing things that make a customer pay blindly, and then they cheat/fraud like this. Also, it’s a suggestion that such reputed malls do not have tie ups with such companies like likizo to do business and make people lose their hard earned lakhs of money in a 1-2 hour presentation. I have attached the required proofs for reference. I am also requesting this to not be marked as resolved unless i do it myself after receiving my ₹30, 000. As if you search for likizo services pvt. Ltd. Complaints on google or consumer forums, half of them are falsely marked as resolved by likizo itself and the consumer has put complaint against that also. hoping to get a refund as soon as possible.
