The product ordered on 20/09/2025 was not completely delivered, 5 items were ordered and only 3 were delivered 2 2 products are missing which are not delivered yet or refunded the amount. and the website was updated as all 5 products delivered. i immediately raised the concern and sent email towards the same. Order ID : #[protected]
i have added the image to this request of the product received ie 3/5.

I am raising this complaint after suffering for the 2nd time. 1st time without delivering the product the website was updated as delivered and there was no support from the company on the same.
I had provided all necessary details. However, I have been informed that the investigation will be cancelled without any resolution or refund. Please note that this is a serious violation of consumer protection rules, 2020 and constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practices under the consumer protection act 2019.
Once payment is accepted. The seller is legally bound to ensure full delivery or refund the undelivered portion of the order.
I have requested multiple times to customer care and no senior is available to sort this. they give their own deadline and close the issue.
