Link Intime — L & T Infrastructure Bond

From February 23rd, 2021 I am sending emails to update my Bank account details for the L&T Infrastructure Bonds which was set to mature on 23rd March.

Till now I have not received the maturity amount and when last checked, the reply was that the bank account details in their records is still the old one..

I tried calling following numbers listed in their website and none of them works :

Please help to resolve the issue.

I am attaching the pdf copy of all the email communications.

Dear Link Intime Customer Care,

The purpose of my request to change the bank account was to change it as I did not hold the old bank account any more..
You did not update the same in your records after multiple request emails from my side. And now you are mentioning that you have remitted the maturity amount to the old bank account and asking me to provide bank statement.. How can I provide you a bank statement, when I do not hold the bank account any more and the bank account was close some 5 years back!!

I am sure you will be getting Transaction failure message, please diligently check the same and help to provide the maturity amount to my current active bank account:

I requested to update my bank details in link intime record for my L&T infra bond and provided all the required document but they did not do so. I sent mail with all scanned documents.
I tried contacting Link intime customer care with below numbers and none of them works. Also, I sent mails but there is no acknowledgement mail received.

Later I got an account pay check which had old account details. Now, that account does not exist. Now, they are not responding to new mails and customer care number is always busy. Please help.
