Link Intime — Non-refund of Zomato IPO application money

I had applied for Zomato IPO. The mandate for the application money was received after 5pm which I had accepted, but at that time the mandate request had failed, and after sometime I received another mandate which I again accepted but this time the amount was reduced from my bank account and the upi mandate was showing as failed and the IPO application status was showing rejected by investor bank. Since the amount was reduced the amount should be refunded but this is not what happened. I request you to look into this matter and resolve it.

Greetings of the day!

We have already given the unblocking instructions to all the SCSBs for non allottees. In case amount is still blocked, you can contact to your bank to resolve the issue
