Livpure — 14 days of complaint still no response

My ro suddenly stopped working and is urder warranty. I have raised complaint 5 times in this 11 days but still no response from livpure team. Every time they drop a mail that we will get in touch shortly.
I also got a call from one agency but they didn't came for visit and also they are not picking the call.
Why you are cheating the consumer if you are able to provide services.
From the last 11 days i am buying water from outside and which is hitting my monthly budget.
