I had opted for the subscription plan from livpure (On 4th Dec 2023) and made the payment online + submitted the kyc documents.
On 2nd Dec 2023, I requested to cancel the installation request over call & refund me the amount. I was said I will get a call from cancellation team to confirm my cancellation request.
However, after that, there has been no response or refund from them, even though i have tried contacting multiple times. Everytime they say I will get a call from cancellation team by today and then there is no response.
I have also raised a ticket regarding this with Ticket No:[protected]
Please assist in the refund.
