Livpure — After buy this product, no service given

I purchased this item almost 6 months ago and it is not working now. I have called customer care and complaint this almost 1 month ago. and i made more than 20 calls to get this fixed. they will give managers number, executive number, branch number like that.every one saying they are in meeting, driving or in leave. will call back in 30 minutes. nothing happens so far. once they visited here and just disconnected the UV and bypass to pipe. n they saying dashboard problem is finding but still now they not at all fixing the problem and told us that they will replace UV & dashboard in 2 days. but nothing so far. service boy also not at all picking the phone.

Updated by Arurn kumar Hi sir i m ashok i bought livpure ac its still in worrenty i have given complaint regeneration but still now v never get any action taken by the company i have mailed also regarding this but i never got any response from there end my contact number is [protected] kindly solve this problem
