[Resolved] Livpure — Air cooler | |
I had purchased 2 air coolers of Livpure on 09.04.2021. Model is Chill 35. On 22.07.2021, I had requested a complaint No. JS-[protected] and was assured that the technician would contact me within 48 hours but no one contacted. Then on 24.07.2021 again I spoke to Livpure Helpline, some lady named Pushpa attended the call and told me my complaint in on 'top priority' and will be attended. Thereafter, since there was no response from Livpure, I sent them an email on their web page and received a response that my Ticket ID is 140024 and they will get back to me at the earliest. Today is 28.07.2021, still no response from Livpure. I would also like to mention that the helpline numbers on their web page do not work & with great difficulty, I managed to contact them. Thank you. Livpure executive finally attended yesterday and informed one part has to be replaced since under warranty and has promised to return in 2 to 3 days. Will keep you updated. thanks
