Livpure — AMC Violation | Delayed Service | Charging for Membrane when product is under AMC | |
This is regarding the service request job id : JS-[protected], I have opened this service request for bad water taste on May 21 2021 and the service man came for service on June 15th 2021; while in all these previous days I am buying water from outside. I also have AMC done for my livpure pep model which will expire next year 2022, now after this service delay the service person is asking for Rs 2750/- and saying membrane needs to be replaced, however membrane is already changed in last service just few months back and he is saying it can be only replaced once in every year. I have a concern how come some product which is suppose to last for an year, can be damaged in few months and also if it is damaged due to late service or faulty product, who is at fault? I dont wish to pay for poor degraded products and services. And still have to purchase water when I have already paid 10500/- Rs for AMC of my purifier. Was this information helpful? | |
