[Resolved] Livpure — aqua purifier - I am complaining about amc warranty service | |||
I am customer of livpure till 2+years. My register mobile no is [protected]. I have taken warranty service for my livpure pep+ purifier last year by 8000 rupees for 2years. After one year technicians are not coming for any service. They use to call me and ask me about the warranty service. And then they used to say that will come tomorrow and that day they are not responding their calls. Its been three months that same things are happening. Persons name i am listing who have called me or i tried to call them in this service time: Nagesh - [protected] Office no. - [protected] Ramchandra - [protected] Office - [protected] Some other no. - [protected] I have called more then 30 times on all those nos. And also your customer care[protected] people # useless. They dont have any solutions for any kind of service.. Every they use to ensure me that "today our technicians will there by eod". By one week i am listening the same sentences. Nothing is happening I hope this complain can help me if brand has any responsibility about their customers or their own reputation.
