I purchased touch uv model in september 18. It started showing fault (Near to nil) water flow. Carbon filter has been changed once.
Again it's showing same issue so raised complaint no js[protected] and no action has been taken on it for or than 15 days.
Do you expect us to be without water for 15 days or you want us to buy new product?
I have spoken to sushant (Raipur service head) and he promised it will be fixed on 19/3 but no one shows up.
