[Resolved] Livpure — cheating customers in the name of amc | |||
Around 2 months back one of the visiting technician recommended that we take amc pack so that all the filters can be replaced, so i paid rs.8000/- (For 2 year amc). After around 6 complaints and 4 visits by local technician simply replaced same inexpensive filters twice (2 of them). We stopped drinking water from the purifier since it tastes bad/impure. Are you guys cheating customers in the name of amc? For rs.4000/- i shelled out why can't you replace all the damaged filters? I would request you to replace my next year's amc (Rs.4000/-) so that i shift to some other purifier since waste enough of my time/effort this year.
