Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Livpure for their extremely poor customer service and failure to resolve a critical issue related to my RO water purifier (water is not coming from last 12th Nov'25).
On 12th Nov 2025, I raised a service ticket with Livpure reporting that my RO had stopped working and water is not coming. Despite repeated follow-ups from last 4 days, there has been no resolution to the issue only false promises given that it will get resolved very soon. Every time I contact Livpure customer care, I receive the same response: "Your case has been escalated on utmost priority, very soon you will get call from technician" However, this has led to no action or solution. Also, they shared numbers to call the local manager or tech team but no response on these numbers.
It has now been over 5 days, and I have been forced to purchase drinking water from the market, incurring additional expenses and facing significant inconvenience. This situation has caused me a great deal of frustration and distress, especially considering the essential nature of clean drinking water.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly intervene in this matter and direct Livpure to:
Resolve the issue with my RO unit immediately.
Provide compensation for the expenses I have incurred in purchasing water during this period.
Take appropriate action to ensure such negligence is not repeated in the future.
