[Resolved] Livpure — Deficiency in service | |||||
I have been using livpure ro waterpuifier touch model. I am totally dissatisfied with the poor service of the company. Last week, i got the system reinstalled at new place. The machine was installed for which i made payment of rs. 900/- to the company's service personnel. The system was working fine earlier but it stopped working after installation. The water inflow to the reservoir was stopped. As such water could not be stored. I, again, lodged a compliant on 18/06 which was attended on 21/06. The water storage problem was solved but a new problem started. The key board and the indicators now stopped working. There was no such problem earlier. It appears the service personnel sent by the company was not well equipped with the system and he has damaged some parts. Please get the issue resolved.
