[Resolved] Livpure — Discontinue my service | |||
I am using your Livpure -Smart Ro and whose time I have been able to recharge from time to time, I have not been able to recharge in the last month because our mother had died due to which our house was closed. On 19th, I recharged 375 but Livpure Smart Whole Ro Smart did not turn on, then I called in your customer care, then they told that you have to do one recharge only. I told them that our mother had died and we were not at home, so you were the last the recharge of the month should be wave off and my smart should be turned on but they made up their mind that this will not happen, it is necessary that you will have to recharge. It was very sad to hear this and I decided that I would not have any relationship with a company that does not understand the feeling of its customer and does not understand the humanity, whether it dies or lives, only by its money and recharge. I will also tell all my friends to never get smart Ro form livpure. So that's my request that I want you to disconnect my connection and take your Livpure Smart Ro.
