[Resolved] Livpure — don't take amc-you won't get service | |||
I am in 2 year amc for my ro. While taking i was assure candle replacement for every 6months without raising a complaint for replacement. They will mention 2hrs response and 24hrs service however you will be in trap if you believe those words. They don’t care about slas and don’t have any shame for not contacting customer though we do multiple follow ups and escalations. Js[protected] raised in first week of december but did not get any service. Multiple escalations did not work. No one willing to contact me.
