Product was brought from Livpure in June. Had to recharge for 6 months to avail the services. However in the month of october, there were issues with the water quality. It was informed that they would arrange for service and the service tech visited twice failing to resolve the issue. A Request to cancel the services was taken and raised on 4 Nov 2020. The company eventually had to pick up the machine and provide the refund for the dedicated amount that is pending. The pickup happened in December 11, almost 1 and half months after the request was raised and i am still waiting for the refund. The company denies any support and fails to refund the amount which was already promised Was this information helpful? | |||
