[Resolved]  Livpure — fraud practice by livpure service center chandrapur

Bought a liv pure RO ENVY PLUS model for my domestic purpose in December 2016. Today on 15/08/2017 a guy named Mangesh from LIV PURE service center with mobile number [protected] came to my house for service of RO. He started opening the machine and asked me to get a blade as he will install new filter in my machine. The moment I came back from my bedroom getting the blade I saw two white filters out of the plastic I asked him that he should have opened the seal in front of me but he assured me everything is alright and not to worry.
Later on when he was trying to fit the new filter I saw water flowing out from the new filter before installing them into machine, I questioned him that why there is water in the filter to which Mangesh the guy from liv pure replied KI BHAIYA ISMAY PANI COMPANY SAY ATA HAI YEH TEST KARTAY HAI (this is being tested in company and water is always present in the new filter)
I could not swallow and felt something fishy so I called up a friend who is into RO business he told that filters should be dry when opened. Then I checked the packing and the product both of them had different product number. I was really mad then I called up MR Manoj the service center owner of chandrapur and told him the story to which he was very calm and said sir aisa hota hai pani rehta hai company say check hokar atay hai, agar aapko dry hona to mai dusra bhijwa deta hu.(sir the filter comes wet from the company as they are checked before sending to customer so there is water in them and i[censored] need dry once ill send you different filters tomorrow)
Then when I told mangesh that iam going to complain he told me that the filter were fited to a customer for one day but customer refused to change so he brought the same filter to my house.
I asked mangesh to leave my house keeping those new filters with me so that he could not cheat on any other guy, I am sending you the picture of those new claimed filters
Kindly check the mouth of the filter in the picture where the pipe is installed, you can see yellow crap stuck on it also the scratches on the filter and no matching part number of filter and the packing . I have kept those new claimed filters with me mangesh was asking to give them back but I refused and asked to send his manager to my house.
These fraud can do anything to my machine they can damage the pump and ask me to get it replaced or easily play with my health by using used of damaged products.
Sir this is very sad and disappointing that a branded RO company is practicing such cheap practices and installing used filters to the customers who are promised a free service. Sir I would rather prefer to get a service from anyother guy and have no faith on the the brand. I request you to kingly look into the matter and save the image of your perstigius brand. A strict action should be taken against such customer service centers.

I m Debdulal maji, I have a live a Live pure RO pep pro plus installed in my village kadamdanga, since 7th it's not working . I registered a complaint on 9 the August. But livepur services engineer not visit yet to day 01.09.2017. I call lots of time in livepure and authority but no action taken yet by livepure.
