Livpure — Harassment after dismantle request last year for water purifier

I have raised request to dismantle the water purifier on february 20th 2020, as I was leaving Bangalore for my higher studies.
After calling the customer care multiple times there was no response and on 25th Feb I received a mail saying that "dismantle request has been raised and service engineer will visit the place and dismantle the product". Still no Engineer visited my place and even after multiple mails no one came to dismantle the machine and on Feb 29th I moved out of place. I even asked my house owner to take care of the purifier for sometime as service engineer will come and take the product. Later after multiple calls and follow ups pickup guy called and I explained him the address and gave him the owner contact, but still no one showed up to the house to pick up the product.
After that from from this year 2021 they have been calling me every month and harrassing me regarding the purifier. Now after so many months the owner is not sure about the product and I was not there in Bangalore to take care of the product.
How is this justified that Livpure is asking me to pay 14000 for the product and have sent me a demand notice. Recently guys have been calling me and threatening me with court notice if I don't pay them up. @Livpure is harrassing me because of their own mistake, carelessness and poor service. They are asking me to pay for the product for which I raised dismantle request 18months before.
