LivPure team has gone bonkers. Getting little or no support regarding a Smart RO Machine. The machine failed nth time ( I have lost the count) now and I am so frustated I want a deposit from the LivPure Smart which was around 1500/-
The call representatives are very arrogant at times. They are not trained to pacify customers or understanding the problem. It's more about, "Ye call close karo jaldi".
But looking at number of compaints from my past, I have asked my refund and return this piece of garbage, but here in consumer complaint I have seen so many similar complaints I don't know If I will be helped at all.
In case, if someone in the top management really care, they should interfere because I am a sure shot detractor of LivPure.
POV: New RO is not LivPure!
Present Issue = Machine Leaking (happening 5th time now) and Filteration Failure (Checked TDS)
