I had registered a complaint on 29-12-19, the water filter was not working, within a couple of days their service engineer did contact me and attend the fault, and informed me that the water filter was jammed/damaged and it required 1200/- for replacement. I also agreed to replace it. He replaced the filter in my presence and then he changed a transformer inside the filter and ran the filter perfectly.
At the same time, i raised a query, why were you replacing the electrical parts for filter replacement, he responded illogically, then i demanded the same condition to re-install my old filters and prove it was damaged.
He failed to do the same, and confronted his mistakes. After that he restored the old one and left my home.
The reason was the fault in the electrical part which is still under warranty. Your service operator has to repair the filter without any cost implication to the customer. However, he had commercialized the matter and demanded money in the case i opt for new electrical parts.
At the same time i had surfaced out the real cause of the malfunctioning/leakage of the filter, without paying heed to my concern, he left with no positive solutions.

Now again the same leakage was started, and i registered a complaint in march, now 3 month are over and nobody has contacted me for repair/service. Hence.
