This company is the worst. I purchased 2 units of Chill 35 air cooler in April 2021 and have regretted it ever since. Every year without fail including in 2021 after purchase, the units have been giving problems. But the fun does not end there. They take their own sweet time to respond and attend the complaints. Its only after posting such comments that they really begin to contact you to resolve your complaints. On June 24, 2023 I had registered a compaint with Livpure regarding problems with my air coolers. Complaint No. is JS-[protected]. On 30.06.2023, they sent me a message stating Mr. Jayesh Yadav (Mob No. [protected]) will attend my complaint. On 30.06.2023, Mr. Jayesh called me and I requested him to come on 01.07.2023 since I would be available for him to attend the complaint. Shri Jayesh has not called back till date to rectify my complaint and I tried calling him on 05.07.2023. However, he did not attend my call and has not bothered to call back and attend my complaint. Further, Livpure had informed me that the complaint was allocated to Unique Services (Mob No. [protected]). When I contacted them, Mr. Sajid Khan replied that they do not have any connection with Livpure and they are issuing wrong messages. Till date nobody has bothered to contact me regarding repairing of my air coolers i.e. almost 20 days. This is the worst possible service ever from any company that I have made purchases from and sincerely regret ever buying Livpure Chill 35 air coolers.
