[Resolved] Livpure — livpure glo not working

My livpure water purifier is not working from 7th may 2020 after registering a service complaint, i have received sms containing complaint number and engineer contact details. I have contacted engineer and there is no response and again i called cust care and informed they have given me the contact details of area dealer. I tried calling the area dealer and he is not attending the call, tried atleast 25 times and no response. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jun 18, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Partially issue is resloved and not full service done. And i don't want waste my time with these people. Hence closing this issue.
