My location : hyderabad. I raised the incident on 10th june 2020 as the tap is broken, no one has attended it till today.. It takes more than 30 mins just to get connected to the customer care number and then it gets disconnected most of the time. Ticket number : js[protected] Finally i got number of service center personnel - "narasimlu" who promised twice that he will come next day, but never turned up. The area manager "prashant bunny" is not picking up as well. I also have an amc that is valid till november 2020. My wife is pregnant. It is critical for us to have filtered water. Today I called Narasimlu and he responded and send a service engineer. The issue has been fixed.
