Hi, I got the LIVPURE PEP PLUS water purifier installed in Nov 2016. I was told a technician will visit to provide free service and change of filters every three months but to date no one has ever visited. My contact detail is - 91-[protected]. I even called Customer care several times at[protected] but always get the executives busy. can someone assist me here and call me on above number or can a technician visit me? I am at Hyderabad.
